I just joined tonight. After 21 years of searching I have found and aquired my 72 chevy van I had in high school. I am currently in the process of restoring it and am having trouble finding weather stripping. Any suggestions? Wing window seals?
I am also wondering if anyone has found reproduction grilles?

Window & door seals here
Steele rubber has all the door rubber, windshield rubber, & also the front door fuzzys. LMC Truck also has the door rubber.
The wing or vent window gaskets might still be available from the dealer as well as another aftermarket company.
No one has ever reproduced the 1971-77 GM van grills.
They are all over the wrecking yards here in Calif. Good luck, Brad

I have had no luck finding the wing window gaskets. Any other suggestions?

Is the 1990 the same size as for a 1972?

I have installed 1983 vent windows, slider tracks, seals and power windows into my 77 so everything in these doors from 1971 to 1995 is interchangeable. If you can get a late model with good rubber you can swap it all over.
