Hi all, do vanners use CBs much? I have one that I used mostly for the PA function. I'm thinking about putting it in my panel truck. Don't really like the cluttery look of antennas, but have some dual mirror antennas....no need to mount them if the cb use is dead...

I've started a YouTube page, it's mrhwyhogg. Feel free to subscribe and give any opinions, whether good or bad as to things I'm doing or thinking of doing to my panel truck....thanks for looking,

CBs come in handy in a breakdown & if you get lost.

I still have a CB in Nautique. I do not have an antennae mounted anywhere but do have the cable accessible to use an antennae.

I have an old CB in mine and it uses a deal that has the CB and the radio using the same mast antenna, anybody had any experience with these?

they're ok @ best. decent enough for chatting with others that you are riding with, they aren't good for distance or handling power.
