UPDATE I finaly got some time to play with the van..drained out all the nasty old gas and oil.put on some new battery cabels and SURPRISE..FIRED RIGHT UP..Not bad for a DODGE..LOL sitting all these years ..runs great ...compresion is good on all 8 cyl.

Awesome! Great score! Now it is time to break out the polish, steel wool, buffer, and toothbrushes and start cleaning the exterior. Then it is time for the vacuum and rug doctor and start cleaning the interior. Keep us posted!

Just had a shop look at the body and got a price on doing a little rust repair and a fresh coat of paint about $1000, not bad I guess (the only stuff Im not up to doing myself) any volenters LOL.
To answer Jeff I bougt the van through ebay for (now dont cry guys) $350.00
So for an investment of around$2000.00 shoul be up and running...now to replace them ugly rims!

IT'S ALIVE!!!!!!! After spending most of my spare time and alot of my pizza /chicken wing allowance, its finaly ready for the road...well mecanicly/safty wise , still needs new paint which should happen soon. (I hope [Roll Eyes] )
