How about sharing some pictures of "Jamaica 1"? | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74166 December 16th 2004 10:23 pm | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 26 newbie | OP newbie Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 26 | here is a picture of my baby.(under my profile) Since this summer I've done a little work to her, but it's mostly been mechanical. Over the next few years I will be fixing her up interior and exterior... big pimpin' but totally functional. I like driving her too much to just lock her up in a garage!
I'll hopefully have some better pics up soon... | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74167 December 16th 2004 10:58 pm | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 651 old hand | old hand Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 651 | Welcome darkfinger,
Gotta love those Dodges!!
I wasn't able to see your pic.. (just a red X).
You may have to upload them to a host site like "Photobucket.com". When I first posted pics from "cardomain.com" they worked, and then they all turned into red X's!
(Thankfully a couple of forum members told me about Photobucket) | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74168 December 17th 2004 12:18 am | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 26 newbie | OP newbie Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 26 | thanks much for the tip! unfortunatly she's a little dirty in this picture, but we had just got back from our first trip together... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v629/darkfinger/HPIM0572.jpgI'll have some better pics soon... | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74169 December 17th 2004 12:28 am | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 651 old hand | old hand Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 651 | I bet thats really comfy inside... is that an AC in the rear window or a speaker? | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74170 December 17th 2004 12:35 am | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 1,866 veteran | veteran Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 1,866 | Welcome, that's the same type my parents are looking for (again). They just sold their '76 a year ago, bought a truck and camper, and now they want another van. This is the third time they've done this, at least they always go back to one. | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74171 December 17th 2004 12:41 am | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 443 addict | addict Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 443 | Welcome to vanning.com darkfinger.
Always nice to see another Dodge owner here on the boards.
FYI, a little hint...
If you use the bottom URL under your thumbnail on your Photobucket.com account page (the one with the [IMG] tag) your pic will automatically show up in your posts without having to clicked on.

That's a big Dodge.

The previous owner installed it, but all it's really good for is building up huge amounts of frost. I found that my little fan pushes more air, and cools things off at night better. I'm going to remove it in the spring, as at this time of year in Winnipeg my hands would freeze to the frame in about 5 seconds. by the way I love the flyin' brick cactusdoug... badass! | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74173 December 17th 2004 1:35 am | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 443 addict | addict Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 443 | No problem, your welcome buddy, we all help each other here.
And thanx for the compliment.

I have another sink beside the stove, so I would like to remove the b.room sink and the cupboards/countertop, and move the toilet to the corner... or not....hmmm, any suggestions? | | | Re: yet another new vanner #74176 December 19th 2004 6:31 pm | Joined: Apr 2001 Posts: 1,097 old hand | old hand Joined: Apr 2001 Posts: 1,097 | | | |
