Those are rebranded truck-lites. Good performing LEDs, but the JW Speakers are better. Better beam pattern and more lumens.
Phillips also rebrands those trucklites.
One can get the 5x7 square h6054 and those 7 inch round headlights made by Cibie, and put phillps extreme H4 bulbs in them for the best halogen performance.

Said they were $80. http://www.ebay.com/itm/4PCS-4-x6-LED-CREE-LIGHT-BULB-CRYSTAL-CLEAR-SEALED-BEAM-HEADLAMP-HEADLIGHT-IP68-/401082317878?hash=item5d625e7c36:g:STwAAOSwR0JUTcLC&vxp=mtr

I just ordered a set of passive cooled LEDs for my bike, and one day will get the same for my van. With the passive cooling, you no longer have to worry about them overheating and killing the light, a much better design from what I can tell. https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...-with-flexible-tinned-copper-braid/2221/
