That price is for just one Light, not a pair. Those are rebranded truck-lites. Good performing LEDs, but the JW Speakers are better. Better beam pattern and more lumens.

Phillips also rebrands those trucklites.

One can get the 5x7 square h6054 and those 7 inch round headlights made by Cibie, and put phillps extreme H4 bulbs in them for the best halogen performance.

The wrecker driver has rectangles and they have multiple LEDs spread out in rows, only 2 rows are lit for lo beam and they put out a great pattern, he said you should see them on hi, I just can't remember the brand, the fleet use them. Said they were $80.

The problem with MOST LED headlights , besides not using the right housing for LEDs is the fan, it will get hot, eventually fail and cause the LED to overheat and die. I just ordered a set of passive cooled LEDs for my bike, and one day will get the same for my van.

With the passive cooling, you no longer have to worry about them overheating and killing the light, a much better design from what I can tell.
