I havent used any cleaners on it lately so I find that very strange. Are dodges known of this type of thing. Is there anything I can do to stop it and how would I fix it? Here is a pic.

All 3 major manufacturers had paint issues, mostly due to water based sealers or primers that I still don't trust. The only solution is to sand to the metal and repaint.
