I was originally wanting to do carpet up the walls but changed my mind. It's actually just wood panels that I upholstered in a red, bandana looking fabric.

Here are some updated pictures of my recent van progress. Unfortunately, most of the step-by-step pictures I had got lost when my old cell phone stopped working. Oh well...
Locking rear door hinges from a junkyard van
[Linked Image]

The back of the van will probably just be used for storage of camping supplies, tools, etc...[Linked Image]

The back bench with no cushions. 3 seat belts for friends to be (somewhat) safe. I'm going to rebuild the little wooden boxes you see on either side. Those will have cup holders and small storage boxes[Linked Image]

LED lighting throughout the inside. Very bright on a dark night[Linked Image]

Soon to be overhead console. Still needs some fine tuning shag carpet before installing[Linked Image]

Donated floor mats. [Linked Image]

Found these in a junk yard also. Can't wait to get these put in![Linked Image]

Custom window frames, keeping with my "bandana" theme. A little uneven but good enough for me. These things were a pain![Linked Image][Linked Image][Linked Image]

Junk yard door in place. Still deciding on a final paint scheme...[Linked Image]

Been awhile since my last update. I decided I didn't like the massive bench seat in the back. So I ditched it and started working on more of a wrap around style idea. Lost some seating but it looks much better and gives more room for camping/sleeping and storage. Have also added dual flowmasters that really opened up the old 305 compared to the single leaky glasspack. The overhead console is now mostly finished other than some small trim pieces and hiding some wires. Waiting for another paycheck so I can get some more supplies to start working on some more trim pieces on the inside and also start on the exterior. Also, have been having some brake issues. It's still driveable but needs a new set of drums that are on back order. I'm having them installed next week. Here are some progress pics...
