I've fitted the fibreglass sun visor now and am blending in the flares and filling and sanding the body. After that I'll put the doors back on and give it a coat of high build primer.

I'm happy with the way it looks, the sunvisor makes a big difference I think. I mounted it on brackets I made from two old coat hooks .

Oh yeh visor looks sweet! Hope to get to see the van when done as we are only across the channel!

Not yet, I don't want bolt heads in the middle (I think they look good at the sides but not the middle). I'll either glass in a bracket or more likely counter sink two holes and bolt it directly on with rubber washers underneath then fill over the heads. Original plan was to use body sealer to attach it but I want to leave as much room as possible for air to pass through the inside edge to prevent it from lifting/cracking.
