Can C-10 suspension parts/brakes be used on a G-10? I want to lower my van 3-6" and I can't find any aftermarket parts. How did you lower your van?

Yes, the front suspension parts are the same as c-10's I don't know about the rear. Here is a link to some people talking about it but there are at least 3 - 4 more discussions about this on these forums. I used drop pocket control arms and I DON'T recommend doing this.

Hope this helps.

There's not much room to drop the rear. Almost any drop requires cutting the chassis for room for the rear to move. Mine bottoms out often on the bump stops and it's stock height in the back. It can be done though.....

73-87 GM truck spindles are a direct swap and are available from many sources.

The pick-up spindles will interchange. C10=G10.
The only difference was that a few earlier disc brake equipped 1/2 ton vans and trucks had 1" thick brake rotors instead of the better, more common 1 1/4" thick rotors. Make sure you don't have the light-weight brake set-up.
