LMC Truck doesn't seem to have them - although i haven't looked too hard yet.

I don't think they are being made anymore. I did have a set on from an 80's style van for a while. Had to cut a couple inches off to make fit. They were better then the mess I had to start with. Might try and get some out of the wrecking yard and see how they fit. Usually pretty cheap but I didn't think they fit quite right.
