If you have headers it's easy....purchase what ever set of aftermarket mufflers you want (suggest Dynamax Ultra flows...they sound and perform great) then just head up to a local custom exhaust shop and have them install the mufflers and a stainless exhaust and tail pipes how ever you want them, come out one on each side, out the back together or one on each side of the back.....


Recently purchased (10-2021) a 1991 Chevy G-20 “Shorty”. Past vans are a 1976 Chevy G-10 (purchased new in 1976 & sold in 1995). A 1978 Chevy G-20 Shorty purchased in 2010 and sold in 2015.

Can you TIG weld? If yes I'd say do it yourself. Get some exhaust tube and some bends and just do it like jules73 said laugh
