Well that confirmed it for us. No vending unfortunately. We will be vanners instead.

Never Vend so no issue here... Have heard NYS is a pain to sell in and vendors want to be paid to show up for special events , as opposed to paying a vendors fee...

I have always held the opinion Vendors into the Natz should be free so we can have an adequate selection of them.....

ok, it's part of the nats vendor contract, always has been.
it isn't anything new.

If you have ever signed a nats vendor contract before, you have always agreed to have insurance, but has anyone ever asked you for proof?
has anyone from the state ever come to your booth and asked?
from the nats board?
from the grounds?

By not asking someone is liable...
