Here's what I did. When I got my van, there were painted white bumpers on them, and on top of that, the rear had this HUGE hideous looking step welded on to it. When I repainted the van, I went to dodge and bought a new bumper for a 77. When I got it, I realized the mounting holes on it were different then the ones on the van. Luckily I happened to notice that they DID match the rear bumper of my old 81 dodge, which was dying a horrible death at the time. I took the mounts off the 81, bolted them on my 77, and voila!, a bautiful new chrome bumper which fits perfectly. Long story short...80's bumpers fit, got mine from dealer, just get the mounts too. Good luck.

The Plymouth van that was posted awhile ago in the ebay section is being parted out. It appears to have good non chrome bumpers, but need paint.

You can email the guy at parts@mboroautoparts.com, or the number there is 1-800-834-9986. He's in Tenessee, so shipping may be kind of steep.

Thanks Tattooing SC. One other thing that van has is the hood. If someone has a similar-year dodge, and want to get rid of the D O D G E letters on their hood, the Plymouth hood has no letters on it at all (saving the hassle of filling in mounting holes by welding, grinding, & sanding).

send me your address, and you can have the ones off mine.

Duh, I just re-read your post. I thought you wanted the letters.

Vandude it would be a lot cheaper to fill the holes. You would have to get it painted anyway. A body shop would probably only charge $10 to fill the holes on top of painting charges.

Here is a new chrome front bumper

I paid 137.00 for my front bumper from partstrain.com. If that is the same one and is in excellent condition, it's at a good price at 75.00

I thought $100 for a NOS bumper with shipping was a good deal.
