I want to check the ground on the blower and see if that is the culprit here. If the connection is good, then I will check the blower switch at the dash. Thanks for the input! | | | Re: Fan quit working today | Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 7,662 Likes: 2 carpal tunnel | carpal tunnel Joined: Apr 2003 Posts: 7,662 Likes: 2 | The blower motor is one the passenger side of the van behind the rad over flow bottle.......

Also replaced some rotted vacuum lines, PCV valve and the air filter (had to remove the doghouse)
But when I started the van, air comes out of everything but the front vents now. Bummer! What did I do, or didn't do? | | | Re: Fan quit working today | Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 186 member | OP member Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 186 | I discovered that the vacuum line had to recharge itself with air! Once that happened, air began coming out the front vents. All is well. | | | Re: Fan quit working today | Joined: May 2007 Posts: 9,854 Likes: 8 Festerus Vannimus | Festerus Vannimus Joined: May 2007 Posts: 9,854 Likes: 8 |

I changed the air filter, PCV valve and about 18inches of vacuum hose. Here is where the blower motor comes out and the new one goes in. | | | Re: Fan quit working today | Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 753 old hand | old hand Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 753 | Yes. The doghouse can be a pain but look at it this way: You can do a lot of work while its raining and not see a drop of it.
When Chris Farley talked about living in a van down by the river, did anybody else think that wasn't such a bad idea?
