Those look like chromed Jackman wheels if they are I used to stamp those when I was 17 and just starting in a machine shop here in San Diego...

I dont know what brand they are. I didnt see anything on them to tell and the guy I got them from didnt know either. Thanks for the compliments. I am really happy with them. They are 15x8 all the way around. THe old stock aluminum wheels were 15x7 and just barely cleared the flares at the bottom rear of the front wheelwell. These are an inch wider and have the identical clearance but they sit out a little further. The wider rims feel much better going down the road much more stable not as much sway. Hey Mutt, Hogs love acorns like ducks love Junebugs.

I think wheels are the single biggest thing you can do to a vehicle to improve it's looks but, it still shocked me how much difference it made in my van.
