If I am not mistaken, the doors stayed the same from 71 through the end of the line in 03. Sure the vent windows went away, but for the years that had the vent windows, I don't see why at least the glass wouldn't be interchangeable. So long as the 71-7 glass has the same oval drill-out for the latch mechanism, I don;t see why it wouldn't be swappable. Give it a try and report back!
