Help! When we got to the National after running the AC for five hours non-stop our carpet and padding wet damp from the rear of the driver/passenger seats to about 12" to 18" behind the middle seat. The front and rear carpets were not damp so can't believe that the front or rear evaporator drains are plugged. Any idea? The local dealers just say "Duh, I don't know, but we'll look at it."

Thanks.

Yep, drain, use a piece of coat hangar, it can be accessed behind the passenger side wheel coming out of the bottom of the firewall, just a small rubber snout, run the AC a bit and get some condensate built up will actually help when you stick the wire in it and wiggle around. The water will help to wash it out.

Or if you have acess to a air hose that will really flush it out,That's what I use to do to my Mustang about once a year
