I am just digging mine out of 4 or more years of living out in the elements up in Quilcene Washington. Salt air, the whole deal. Now I have her back in Sandy Oregon which is just East of Portland Oregon going up towards Mount Hood.
Lots of work needs done..
But, parts are still available so I am going for it.
Almost lost her...She is a 1976 Dodge B200 Custom model

No, I didn't personally with it but from what I understand, Shortys Dodge Inc produced a few of these fully tricked out.
This one was a total sin bin, bed, beer cooler and tunes.

I seem to be the second or really third owner.
Seems a little rich kid with a drug problem and this was one of Daddys gifts for him.
I found it on Auto Row (82nd Ave in Portland Oregon) in the back line. It was just setting with a dead battery and they told the story to me about how the Dad traded it in for a pickup truck.
The Van was not detailed, had a known short to pull the battery down (it was the radio :-) and Full of Service stickers. Seemed junior was at least taking it in for oil changes and service, but not cleaning or taking care of much anything else. I bought it for a song back in about 1981.
Over the years, she has a fresh 318, new Carter carb, Fresh transmission, fresh rubber and so on. Just a good ol van.

That van has been all over Portland, Vancouver down to Eugene, up north to Port Townsend quite often. Well, up to about 4 years ago when I parked her. Wife was bitching about the cost of tags, insurance and that kind of crap.
Dumped the wife, kept the van !!!
Oh wow...Too long, might get cut...

My first, kinda, I had a 66 econo pick up first but really never got it on the road before offing it. 300 clams I gave for this one, she wasn't pretty, leaked a fair amount but I loved it. I LOVE my Chevy but there is something about these 2nd gen Econo's that rev's my engine.
