Interesting story-I really wanted to see if any of the glass shops could restore the current Le Van sunroofs. The first three i went to said no and directed me to someone else who might be able to help. Needless to say i was getting disappointed but upon the last one (South Tacoma Auto Glass), the owner stopped everything and walked out to my van.

He was really excited at the Le Van sunroof because back in the day, he was the main dealer for those specific models. He took me back into his shop and he had two of the three seals i needed and gave me written instructions on how to replace these. He went on to explain that Le Van sold its company twice and now is exist under another name but the products are available.

Needless to say, i was pumped that i didn't just buy one and settle for something that i wasn't really going to like.

the previous owner installed two camper vents in the roof of my van. i took them out and temporarily put lexan in their place. i am looking for a couple sunroofs to put in place. i found one of the aftermarket ones in a bone yard. picked it up for $25. now, i'm looking for another one like it. shouldnt be that hard.
