I bought this Front Airdam 79-93 Dodge Full Size Van ( Independent Spoiler) from trucknvans.com a couple months back or so. I think this particular piece was intended for a lesser bumper than the optional one I actually have on my van. I had to make a few odds and ends to get it to mount but never altered the airdam itself. I started to do the work to get it on but my tranny decided to take a break halfway through. So thats why the dates from the camera on the pictures are so extended.
I bought a very cheap but impressive TCP Global touch up gun. It works real well. I also bought a quart of matched paint, hardener, etc. The paint stuff cost way more than the gun, fortunately I have most of it left over.
This is the first time I actually used a gun to paint. I did it pretty quick and dirty too. Spray can primer, some touch up, primer again then paint. No color sand on the paint or buffing. The rest of the van's paint is faded so I figured that would be more than good enough.
Here's the pics.
Out of the box.
Backside.
Temporarily clamped up.
Fog light holes cut.
Fogs temp mounted.
Backside again with some homemade brackets.

Finally mounted, the foggers are not actually wired up yet though.
