just got takin the beast on a 2 hour ride(one way so thats a 4hour round trip) for a job i had to do this weekend..Sat and Sun. ran great as usual yay
Just got to do something about these MPGs, would love to get more out of her with this 7.5.........

hey vanners, Thnx 4 lookin at the van i be rockin daily.
so been busy on her,some good & some bad...
the good first,


headlight covers and summer grille installd


found a missin trim pc, had to do some paintn to it


took this pic but forgot to take a installd pic.. lol

installd ft.Trianges from friske1,and forgot to bring out the camera, TO 2 many saftey meetings angel





paintd the front and back rims.will get a pic with them installd on van "safty meeting" again

started to tackle the slider assembaly i recieved from VanPLan THNX again,





WORKS great now.. couldnt be happier



wantd to put a tune up to her (keep em happy)
Then i ran into a little(HAHA)problem when i got the doghouse off... 2 broke ehaust bolt curse


tune up on hold.. OK here i go saftey meetingS,first then i hit her with arsonal i had at hand.


AIR GRINDR with shortend drill bit after i jacked moter up and place stuff btwn motor mounts


AIR ratchet with GOOFY socket to grab drill bit


And small drill to get this,next time i got doghouse i take pics of short term fix LMAO


then i was able to get the tune up installd devil

once i was able to kinda relax (ya rite) i noticed something

DIRTY


KLEEN with a couple of add ons
thnx again everybody for lookn do appreciate it. and all ur help and advice.
do apoligize for it be so long gona have to keep better updates

thnx for the welcome back folks.
Lukester-luv the grill on the van but,sometimes i like the looks without the cover,just a toss up for me...

Ok vanners,when i was dealin with the broke exhaust bolts,i noticed that the bolts arent metal(magnet dont stick to them) WHAT ARE THEY??????????
the 2 bolts in the pic below



cant figure how to make pic bigger,do later.Anyways, the bolts where broke when I removed the doghouse,I wasnt tryn to tighten them.. the 1 with the bracket on it got real loose when i removed the other bolt for the bracket(on the intake manifold). thought i had 1 to fix but it turned into 2. BUMMER
Why wouldnt FORD use grade 8 bolts?????

So as soon as i can afford it I'm gonna do a head swap,if those where broke,there all gonna break,thats why i didnt pull heads to fix rite.
