thnx for the welcome back folks.
Lukester-luv the grill on the van but, sometimes i like the looks without the cover, just a toss up for me...

Ok vanners, when i was dealin with the broke exhaust bolts,i noticed that the bolts arent metal(magnet dont stick to them) WHAT ARE THEY??????????
the 2 bolts in the pic below

cant figure how to make pic bigger,do later.Anyways, the bolts where broke when I removed the doghouse,I wasnt tryn to tighten them.. the 1 with the bracket on it got real loose when i removed the other bolt for the bracket(on the intake manifold). thought i had 1 to fix but it turned into 2. BUMMER
Why wouldnt FORD use grade 8 bolts?????

So as soon as i can afford it I'm gonna do a head swap,if those where broke, there all gonna break, thats why i didnt pull heads to fix rite.

thnx for reading folks

Maybe here, it is the Ford general discussion thread. I may be wrong too though. Ford discussion!

Readers Rides is where most of us post our van builds, but whatever works for you.
