I hear you about the exhaust bolts. Good luck! I highly recommend Remflex exhaust gaskets, but I am pretty sure your 300 doesn't use pipe to manifold exhaust gaskets.

Just turned 30 in April... Too old as in old enough to know better that to attempt foolish things that i know will only result in injury or further breakage of parts. Got a torch DB?

Awww, come one! Get a wild hair and spray those things down with some PB Blaster, let it soak overnight, and then go heave on the bolts with a ratchet and a cheater bar!

But get yourself some Remflex gaskets HERE first.

I'd be happy to, except you are in Illinois and I am in Washington. Besides, I routinely break bolts. Even the 3/4 inch bolts that hold the bumpers on. 6'4", 306 pounds, weightlifter, not conducive to finesse. But you are probably right- let a shop with a torch and the right tools deal with it.

By the way, WD-40 is not a penetrating lubricant. You want PB Blaster, Knock 'Er Loose, or some other similar product that is a PENETRATING lubricant. WD-40 stay on the surface, a penetrating lubricant actually works its way into the teeny-tiny gap between the threads and the nut.
