I highly recommend Remflex exhaust gaskets, but I am pretty sure your 300 doesn't use pipe to manifold exhaust gaskets.

Get a wild hair and spray those things down with some PB Blaster, let it soak overnight, and then go heave on the bolts with a ratchet and a cheater bar! But get yourself some Remflex gaskets HERE first.

I buy ya a cold beer if you can manage to not break the studs off! Btw, my attempt today included WD-40 and a breaker bar with a 2 foot cheater pipe...I think they are stuck

Besides, I routinely break bolts. Even the 3/4 inch bolts that hold the bumpers on. 6'4", 306 pounds, weightlifter, not conducive to finesse. But you are probably right- let a shop with a torch and the right tools deal with it.
By the way, WD-40 is not a penetrating lubricant. You want PB Blaster, Knock 'Er Loose, or some other similar product that is a PENETRATING lubricant. WD-40 stay on the surface, a penetrating lubricant actually works its way into the teeny-tiny gap between the threads and the nut.
