The price of oil has dropped again so that should mean the price of gas will also drop,right?......NOPE.....Here in New Brunswick gas is suppose to go up 2 cents a litre on Thursday. It just happens to be the Victoria Day long weekend in Canada, how come I'm not surprised at this.
The price of oil has nothing to do with gas prices. If gas prices reflected the same percentage of drop as they do growth at a certain time, then it would be peachy keene. But instead, everytime something "major happens" in the world, oil rises dramatically, then as things "get better" the gas only lowers a little to make ppl happy that theyre not paying 4$ gal, instead, 3.80$ And Everyone is so happy that the price goes down, but it is jumping and lowering, but the jumps will ALWAYS be higher.
Theyre trying to get out as much of their oil as possible before everyone smartens up and finds alternative means.
In order to keep people on the hook, they raise it like 5% until everyones pissed, then they lower it 2% and people are "relieved". then in another 3-6 months, it will rise for some stupid excuse, then lower just a little bit to make ppl happy. pretty soon were gonna be thinking 4.50g is a good price kuz they slowly got us used to paying more.
Just my 2 cents and opinion.
