I had added an additional rib in the left rear, however the right side had the horizontal support for the spare tire carrier. I decided to leave that bar in place and work from there. I picked up a 2"x48" piece of mild steel, bent it to match the inside contour of the right side door rear hinge pillar. Butt welded the new bar to the upper roof rail, then placed the bar flat against the horizontal support. It got welded there too. Then I bent the bottom of the bar into a 90* and ran a screw thru it into the 3/4" subfloor.

I started with a switch panel that I picked up from a local RV dealer. It will control the rear interior lighting, which will be powered by my second battery. I'm just about done pulling all of the interior wiring, so insulation & walls will be in soon. I also got around to drilling/cutting out all of the seized grille mounting screws. Since I had the grille out, I blacked out the center section of the core support.

All of the above.. the left wall will have some added weight (down low) and I didn't know another way to support the ends of the walls. The added home made rear rib on the right side serves the same purpose. I'm prolly over thinking the whole thing, but that's what I do
