I am looking for small cut off wheels (like 1.5") that will fit an air angle grinder. I found some but they are made for a small hand tool and they have like an 1/8" shaft and the air grinder will only go down to a 1/4" shaft. I drilled out the center of the cut off wheel to mount on the larger shaft but it disintegrated after about a minute (guess it was designed for less rpm's).
Thanks

Another option is to put a sleeve on the 1/8 shank to fit your 1/4 collet...

Dremel does make two styles of cut off wheels a light one and a heavy duty one.
The heavier one if have used with good results.
I still have the same Dremel tool I bought for doing car models back in the day.....LOL

A cut off wheel will disintegrate if used at too high RPMS

....Wookee
