First the TMW club was originally meant for vans that someone cut a hole in to add a window. Factory window vans were not included originally, because they were made that way. I am New's van would only have been included originally if the glass in the doors were not factory installed windows. To date, I have given away 2 awards at the Nationals for the BEST 'TMW' van. I have nothing against 'TMW' vans, just don't want one. If I could have a van without the windshield and door glass I would! There is nothing wrong with holes either IF they were installed from the factory. My biggest issue with holes is they leave a new place for rust to start, and I HATE rust! | | | Re: The TMW club | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 28,125 Madman! | Madman! Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 28,125 |

I live in the middle of downtown S.F. and there are tons of bikes and pedestrians everywhere, also my AC doesn't work so it's nice to have some ventilation in the back (there's small sliding areas on the very back windows). I'd love more privacy, a fridge, cabinet, mirrors, etc...too, but since I have to haul band equipment, it's just not practical. Maybe one day I'll have a garage and get a second "show" van...
