I think it looks good. I'm sure you all will disagree smile. I am waiting to see what the prices are going to look like.

What disturbs me is that Dodge & Ford left this market wide open for Nissan. I dont get it. frown

You know... that's my gripe with the big 3. They seem to have little to no interest in vans. Someone said they don't sell a lot of vans. Maybe that's because they have nothing good to offer. They refuse to update their designs so instead they will now import vans? So now here comes Nissan who put years of research and development into a van because they see there is a void in this area and that is why I am interested in them. When the big three figure out vans are worth their time I will take another look. I talk to NV owners all the time and they are actually excited about their new van. I heard limo companies are waiting on the passenger versions which are soon to be available and they too are excited about them. That shows there is interest in vans out there and that people are just not interested in the old designs. Don't get me wrong, I don't think they are killer looking by any means. I have a mid Dodge that I love for that. But now I am looking for a second van to use because I don't want to always drive my mid.

We are in the market for a new van to replace our 2002 VW EuroVan. I test drove the NV3500/NVP and it drove nicely. As tall as the van is, I expected much more interior height. Though, this van has the details ironed out. Good and modular seats, 6cyl/8cyl option. AC in the headliner, heat on the floor. Rear doors that swing open and magetically attach to the side. Seats w/ individual built in seat belts (ala, no hanging belts!!). All good stuff. Center console can be removed up front w/ four bolts to create a walk through (imperitive!).

It's still in the running, but we are looking at a Mercedes Sprinter tomorrow.

All Nissan did was add a back to their pick up truck

I just seen that one and Mercedes sprinter is coming out or is on sale now? I think? with a 4x4 sprinter van,it looks goofy and I seen it on motor week last night and they were testing one and said it's not that good off road so what good is that and it has some sort of braking system that applies the brakes on one side or the other to help when you are being blown around in the wind.

I like the low top NVs.I think the high tops look out of proportion.Mama said if I bring one home I will be living in it.I guess down by the river because she said I can't even park it in the yard.
