I had a factory door panel from a parts van. I cut the vinyl off leaving just the cardboard. I clamped it down to the wood, traced it & cut with a jigsaw. The donor panel was from a power window vehicle, so I still need to measure & drill a hole for my manual window cranks.

Nice job. Whats the plan for finishing the door panels? Going to cover them with some material? Or stain them?

Nope.. those marks were already on the back side of the panel. Since I'm covering them, I didn't see any need to flip it over.
