Cool! In about a year from now I'll probably be selling my engine/trans combo to make room for the Viper V10 and auto tranny that will be going into my van! smile Too bad you aren't shopping a little later and don't want an auto! smile Keep us updated! smile

V10 would be fun if I ever go big it will be with a Cummins though. for now a 360 with a NV4500 5spd would do just fine. Any one have info on the later dodges with the hydraulic clutchs?

I know it was only like a 2 or 3 year option before manual trannys went bye-bye in the vans.

the early 90s had 5 speeds behind the V6, wondering how the hydraulic master cylinder is attached to the pedal. shouldn't be to hard to adapt a ram unit to my existing pedal.

Was also optional with the 318 too.

I'll take a look in my service manuals and see if they have a pic. I would imagine the clutch master cylinder is attached to the firewall just like the brake master cylinder. Then there's probably a slave cylinder attached to the transmission somehow to engage the throwout bearing.

Well the 79 PathFinder 4x4 has a 360 in it as well as the 74 W300 ClubCab 4x4.I'm sure that 360 of yours would make a good 4x4 motor especialy in the pickup whose name is 'Git-r Done' hauling fire wood angel
