I know it was only like a 2 or 3 year option before manual trannys went bye-bye in the vans.

I'll take a look in my service manuals and see if they have a pic. I would imagine the clutch master cylinder is attached to the firewall just like the brake master cylinder. Then there's probably a slave cylinder attached to the transmission somehow to engage the throwout bearing.
