They are both going to look a bit different as well. I actually forgot you were pulling the back section of yours in Joe. How far is the top of the side doors off? Are you gonna have to slice and pull in the driver and passenger door as well? | | | Re: 77 Dodge Street Van | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,586 Likes: 1 pooh-bah | OP pooh-bah Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,586 Likes: 1 | Its cool to see the differences between this build and the one Ken is doing. Ken , I just cut a crapy side door down so i can make sure that B piller was straight . I'm not using that door on the side i think i'm going with a 3/4 door for the side . As for the front doors i don't think i'll be pulling them in very far , maybe a half inch if that . It deff will be a tapper cut as the front of the door tops are pretty close where the backs will be needed to pull in . Thanks Joe | | | Re: 77 Dodge Street Van | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,586 Likes: 1 pooh-bah | OP pooh-bah Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 3,586 Likes: 1 | Well today i cleaned up all the pillers and smoothed them all up . I also picked out a cool tail light, it's from a 69 Newport . I'm thinking i'll make a smooth plate so just the lens and center bezel show . So you only see the two long thin lights . | | | Re: 77 Dodge Street Van | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 21,211 Likes: 25 Supreme Master | Supreme Master Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 21,211 Likes: 25 | Chrysler had some bad ass C-body cars.
