I'm not a fan of Flares and spoilers, but they look Great, on a lot of vans.I DO like the looks of a Molded in Bumper tho.That whats COOL about CUSTOMS, Different Strokes 4 Different Folks.
A molded in bumper with the spoiler would look Fine.

about the bumper...normally I would say without it but the Chevy bumper has a nice look to it so I would say keep it.or use a painted one & before painting(or re-chroming it) weld the bumper bolts to the backside of the bumper & fill in the holes,giving it a smooth look. that is what we did with our side pipes covers then chromed them.

I like the look without bumpers and everything molded in. Love Shack is REALLY looking good.

If it has to pass the yearly Pa safety inspection you better leave the bumpers on it.......

I would compromise. Ditch the factory bumper (pic with blue paint), mold the spoiler and add a thinner 67-68 Camaro front bumper. It will need to be worked to fit, but not much. It would have a "nerfy" sort of look to it.

That would be nice,but i will stick with the stock bumpers.I will mold in the flares and spoiler.Don't want to get stuck with the Nautilus problems again.Thanks Wookie for reminding me.

If you really don't want the chrome you could do some nip and tuck work to the stock bumpers to pull them in tighter to the surrounding flares and body work.Then paint them the same color as the van.
They would blend in better and still be legal......
