Oh, I think I figured it out. Back in the 60s Dodge made the L series cab over tractors and used the cab off of an A series pickup on the medium duty L series. I think someone took an L series chassis and dropped an A van body on it.

There's a five window one I pass everyday sitting roadside with a long frame stretch holding a generator and aprrox 14' cube box on it. It was still operational till about ten years ago as a mobile sand blasting unit. Looking pretty sad these days....All there tho.
