I use an exterior black latex house paint in semigloss and water it down by half (2 to 1) and use an old terry towel and wipe it on. 2 coats...acts more like a die then a paint. sparingly wipe anything you do with a gloss off or no sand first. And thinking out loud perhaps rounding the door pannels rather then 90's.
