I repaired the flair, it's not perfect but I needed it done for the trip to West Virginia and then GSVR. After GSVR I plan on pulling the running boards off both sides, repair any bad spots and repaint everything. There are paint chips all over and the black rubber footing strip needs some attention too.

And that' the difference between a really Vanner and a Van driver.

A lot of Vans, I see on meetings over here, have this chips and sratches on the running-boards, but they owner doesn't care about it. He only drives a Van, but's not a really Vanner.

Wow! Looks great Brian. I feel bad that i havent been able to get out there to help you. As of currently the top end of my motor is at the machine shop....Hoping to get it back together in time for gsvr.

Holy cow, thats a big job. Hope you get it all back together. I'm still fighting with this rattle I have and can't figure it out. Really annoying. I want to get the running boards completely done but no time right now. Hope to get the rattle taken care of by GSVR.
