After GSVR I plan on pulling the running boards off both sides, repair any bad spots and repaint everything. There are paint chips all over and the black rubber footing strip needs some attention too.

A lot of Vans, I see on meetings over here, have this chips and sratches on the running-boards, but they owner doesn't care about it. Hope you get it all back together. I'm still fighting with this rattle I have and can't figure it out. Really annoying. I want to get the running boards completely done but no time right now. Hope to get the rattle taken care of by GSVR.
