All the tires are the same size.
It's just my cheap camera that makes things look out of proportion lol

Any chance the Instrument cluster piece is an extra and you'd care too part with it...and the switch piece...and the shift handle and the...woops guess I'm getting needy and greedy. But I'm not really equipped to make that piece so if you'd like to part with it I'd be interested.

tks

Sorry man, all the pieces in that photo (except the mirrors i'm working on now) have been refinished and installed in my van. But I'll keep an eye out for you!
You could also try the scrap yards, many of the 80's conversion vans had wood trim. Or if you want a new set check with Kurt:

I finished fabricating the new headlight covers for my van. I couldn't decide what color I liked better, black or blue. So I made a set of each. grin
I also had trouble deciding whether to use chrome or black edge molding. But since the chrome edge molding is sooo much harder to work with, I decided to install that first.

Okay vanners, now it's time for an opinion pole. What color do you think looks better on my van?
And do you like the chrome edge?

The black

Or the blue?
I know your thinking why blue? But keep in mind that there is blue in the pinstripe and in the van name mural. Also blue trim under the hood, which is open when I show. Here are a couple pics to show the blue on the van.

And here are the blue covers.

What do ya think?

I also want to share a tip with you guys. When working with edge molding it's best to warm it with a heat gun before installing. (makes it pliable and melts the glue) But I forgot to grab my heat gun and was working at home. So after cutting the molding to size, I put the strips in the oven at 100* for about ten minutes. Worked better then it ever did using a heat gun!
