A couple of weeks ago I found a 1977 chevy shorty and against advice I bought it. I know there are tons of directions to go in Vannin but I'm not trying to recapture some past glory, instead I'm looking for something I can drive around town that is not like everything else. So the journey begins........

This is what I brought home.

It really cleaned up nice. The colors remind me a little of the fall guy truck.

Cleaned up the windows, yes the windows. They had water spots that would not come off with normal washing so I used this stuff that I found that works great. Here are some pictures...

What the windows looked like when I started...hard to see the spots in the pic but believe me they are there.

applied the cleaner to the window with the polisher but you can do it by hand.

[Linked Image]

You can see the difference, look around the pop out. I did the detail stuff by hand.

This is what I used I found it at Napa auto.

[Linked Image]

Hard to tell because it was dark but the water spots were gone, seems like I'm cleaning one thing at a time on this van, but that's the fun part.

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was inspired so I spent a little time last evening on my old Benz. I'm going to see how
Old Brownie shines up soon.

If this old crate can look this good with little effort:

then there's hope for Old Brownie smile
