We'll be there!! Stop at a Walmart on the way in and pick up a mattress and cooler what ever you need then ship it back to yourself. Stop by the SOVC site and look me up. We can help if you need anything. Look forward to seeing you there!

Awesome guys. I think I'm gonna have to get a hotel nearby because the lady won't be happy with 3 hot summer days in a van (not sure if there's one recommended in that area). I'm sure I can get away with a couple though.

So packing list:
Mattress
Cooler
Snack food
Booze
Camera
Lawn chairs
Pop up tent?

I'm assuming food and beverage vendors will be around.

Can I drive on and off the site?
Do I just pick a spot?

Is there another thread somewhere about this so I stop bugging you guys?

Your gate fee will cover your van for the whole time the event is happening.Once the van is registered You go in and find your self a parking spot.
You will be able to come and go from the fairgrounds as much as you want. Some sort of ID will be give to you as you leave (this varied from host to host)

The good thing about event like this is once you pick a spot to park,or home for the event.Your neighbors will hold that spot for you.You can leave lawn chairs or a tent out and no body will bother them.

There was a prep list on the forums.Unfortunately I can't remember what it's title was......
