Pulling the rear Quarters in is done sometimes to keep from having to cut the roof into quarters.
Every body who does do a chop has a little different way of doing them.......
I also have to say the work being done on this van is right on the money.
Pictures really don't do the quality work being done here, any justice at all......

........Wookee

I was right the wheels do look great on there. I vote for a taller tire in the rear also. Even with lowering and your intended flairs I think it would look a little better.

The roof could be stretched to keep that back corner straight, but I think it looks so much cooler pulled in.

Pulled in - this is a good point in how similar chops can be done a number of ways. My Early angle chop has the roof left whole and everything pulled in. This one, they spread the cab area to meet the windshield posts and pulled in the rear portion, the Dodge I'm doing now the roof is left whole front to back, but side to side will be spread to meet the sides to keep the original contour of the sides of the van.

The possibilities are endless!

Big n' littles is the way to go. With a classic angle chop it's just begging for the proper stance to go with it too. ....even if you are updating the wheel sizes. cool

well this weekend i was very tired , Saturday i have no ambition , but Bob stopped over and we worked for a bit , he worked on the back door jamb while i worked on the front door Jambs and upper corners .
Sunday i had more drive to work on the Van so i jumped on it , but i had to stop around three to post this before i head out to the club Meeting .
First the top panel had to be completed . So i cut it to size and Tacked it in That includes cleaning the edges as well .

This is the part i need to put back , wow what a mess ..
I started by cutting it in half , it took a while to figure that out but putting it up there and figuring where to cut .
[Linked Image]
Still looks ugly but tacked it up and checked it out .

Moving right along I started the other side as well and welded up the holes one at a time and then grinded them down .

Bobs makes both sides of the inner jamb as well .
