I am thinking about converting my stock fixed position bench seats to reclining I measured them and if they are reclined they will make a full size bed I did not know if this had been done before and if so any suggestions where I can get the hardware.

There are usually good bi-fold and tri-fold seats in conversion vans at the scrap yards. Check them out.

yeah
I think that would be easier then rebuilding the seat to fold.

The one we have in our Ford is better then the bed in the house.

The reason I was thinking about converting these seats was because the person I bought it from had them stored in his garage since 89 when he bought the van so basically they are new seats and are very light one under each arm light but they are very comfortable seats so I really don't want to replace them
