i remember reading about rust under the windshield - i'll pull the dash a little and see what it looks like... i know in my old '95 water came in from the top of the windshield...

the driver's side is perfectly fine... Mill supply has this panel for $40 so i'll either buy it from them or grab it off of Rosalyn...

That don't look so bad.My buddy's 78 had huge holes.We had to put down new metal and relocate the passenger seat about 2.5 inches back.

yeah, it should be an easy fix - i was just surprised at the rust whereas the rest of the van is great...!

i' going to put swivels in the front, so i'll be pulling both bases to completely cover the floor...

ok, now i know why it won't run...

that's the #4 exhaust pushrod, and the intake was very loose... so either the lifter's stuck into the block from being revved to high, or the piston smacked the valve... either way - this 305's days of living in my '84 are over...
