They used a different font and graphics. The clusters physically interchange, but the graphics and fonts are different. I really like the 78-79 graphics and fonts. I am looking for two good sets- one for my 83 van and one for my brother's 83 van. I am looking for all the gauges and for speedos with trip odometers.

I'll do my darndest to get to Oneonta. If I can help I'd like to. I've followed this build for 4 years and I'd love to see it/work on it. What about the instrument cluster for the 75?? I need to find some of those front and rear bumper guards like that van has. Really like those.
Those wheels on that Oregon van are pretty cool to, wonder what those are from? Not familiar with that style.
I even need to locate some nice un-frozen door mirrors like that van has, as mine are locked up tight.
What does the medallion in the center of the grille mean on those????
Cool project, real cool, can't wait to see more of it!

I was able to briefly look it over at a gas station in Columbia,TN and I was really impressed with the Van. Cannonball Run has always been a favorite movie of mine so congrats and best of luck to all involved in this build. I noticed the "Capt. Kaos" plate on the van and also noticed the plate on the truck pulling it read "Fall Guy". I didn't get to see who the driver was but I hope I didn't miss an opportunity to meet Lee Majors or Heather Thomas If there is another thread on this Van, can someone link to it, I realize this thread is old.
