How does New York handle Liquor sales, is there a seperate Liquor store, or is it for sale at carryouts, or grocery stores? Also does anyone know what their prices are like?
Maybe a few examples.

They sell beer and wine at beer distributors and grocery stores. 30 packs of Bud & Bud Light were $16.99 during LOST. And there is a big liquor store just down the street. If I was on the Nats board I would check with these stores and see if they would offer a discount or giveaways because we have so many fun loving vanners coming into the area. Also that grocery store has a great meat and seafood section for all of the grillers coming!

Liquor stores sell all but beer--also they are required to be closed one day a week and most choose to stay open on Sundays now and close on Mondays. Please keep that in mind if you need 'Monday booze'.

Grocery Stores sell beer--cold or warm. Also, many convenience/gas stores sell beer also. I am pretty sure the 'closed day' does not apply here. No beer sales until noon on Sunday.

And--my ears are brittle, please be gentle!

For Comparison sake, How much is a 1.75 of Bacardi? A cheap 1.75 of Vodka? 1.75 Early Times? Inquiring drinkers want to know!
