The scale of the rims work on Star Dreamer! Hope you had a good time! I bet you had a few bikini models want to pose with the van in your travels?!?

Yes, Matchstick, those are new wheels, just got them this winter. We will try to make it to Institution but it is a 12 hour drive for us and we are having to stick closer to home due to lack of vacation time. Next event will be County Lines Van A Mega Mania this weekend in Jefferson, WI. | | | Re: Star Dreamer | Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 1,474 old hand | old hand Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 1,474 | way kOoL ride ya got there... later...Beast Lee..."It has to have an ending to exist - Beast Lee""If it doesn't have a V8, it's not a sport - Beast Lee"

The wheels look sweet. I'm thinking on on buying some different ones for mine sometime soon. I still have the pics when i saw it in galesburg during that big snow storm. | | | Re: Star Dreamer | Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 3,571 pooh-bah | pooh-bah Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 3,571 | Yeah, I like the new wheels too. I want some 18's for my chop but can't get the reverse wheel cuz of the flipped rear axle, what to do, what to do. | | | Re: Star Dreamer | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 774 old hand | OP old hand Joined: May 2001 Posts: 774 | Brandnewvanner, yep new wheels!
Wyatt, that trip is what made us decide to go with an enclosed trailer for those winter shows, what a mess that trip was. Glad we trailered it and didn't try to drive it in that slop.
Vanvida, we went with 19's because we could not get 18's in chrome rims from anyone. US Wheels worked with us to create a wheel that had the backspacing and size I wanted. I drew it up to scale to make sure they would work.
