Sounds like a great deal to me phrog. Please send me a left handed 1/2 inch rachet wrench. I'll pay you as soon as I can buddy.

Realistically, I'm glad to see some folks getting jobs. Gives a bit of hope to the rest of us.

Well just when I start working some again after my knee injury and physical therapy I now have to go see the doc about my arms. I have been having problems with them since last year but since I did not have insurance I did not do anything. Well I bought insurance the beginning of the year so I had them checked out. Went through PT with them but nothing helped. Just got worse. I have tendinitis, tennis elbow, whatever you want to call it to the extreme. I have an appointment with the doctor on Tuesday to see what can be done and surgery is a possibility. There is not much I do anymore that is not painful. For both arms to be affected is fun. Now I may be back not working again for awhile. Hope not. I can still work on the puter but it gets to me after awhile

Tell me about it man. It is not so much the numbness as the pain. Hell it hurts to lift a glass of water or a beer. Now that sucks.

Bummer Phil! We'll say a prayer for you. Hope it all works out.

By the way, if you use a straw you don't have to lift your beer!

You know that was suggested one night when we went out with a bunch of friends to Applebee's. I got the big beer and they asked for a straw for me since it was too heavy to lift. So glad everyone is thinking of me.

Great news gang I'm a former member now I've been working for SEARS CRC (carry-in repair center) in the parts dept and except for getting there at 7 am its a great job so far, and most weeks I'll be off by 3:30 Fridays. Wish me luck, Thanks!

Good Luck Phrog!! I was out-of-work for @ 5 months last fall! Landed the best job in my life recently! Brand new facility, 2 miles from my home, better pay, fully automated with robots, etc. Not bad for a 57 yr. old! They provide all of the training also. There are jobs out there, you just have to be very aggressive in your search! I did not give up, but managed to get quite a few things done, while I was out-of-work!

Sears was a little upset that in my old work I didn't use handheld infared scanners, but they are real easy to use I already have discovered shortcuts that people that have been there years didn't know about. And their inventory system and computer database is almost exactly like my old works. SO its a breeze and my superiors are amazed smile
