On tuesday I will be sending them a nice "vanner care package" that will include calendars, photo cd's of events including Autorama, flyers and info on the events that I am directly related to. I would suggest that someone from each council or region do the same or if you are hosting an event do send them a flyer and a cd with photos from previous years if possible. From the info we have it looks very good that Bob Ryder will be at the Nationals this year so as much background info as possible on that event should be sent as well. Previous Nats photos from that location would be good to send.
Also if you think your van is worthy of appearing in Truckin' please send them some 8x10 pictures of the exterior and interior. I would suggest that the owners of the vans that were in Detroit send the pictures that were used for your entries as well as any other pictures you may have.
