That is very 60's. If memory serves, it is a copy of the original 60's dies with newer internals.
There is another made by Hot Rod Air (I think) that looks very similar to the Mustang under dash dealer air. Similar to what you have shown but with round outlets.
If I keep my '77 long enough, I am planning on trying to fit the smaller Gen II unit behind the dash with their trunk system in the rear. It would require loosing some glove box space (or all of it), but would fit behind the dash. Then just add some under dash vents or find a factory A/C vent panel.
