I went far off the deep end the other way to get 100% throttle actuation and used Lokar Kickdow, Throttle cable, Pedal (billet) and brackets. Yah it wasn't cheap and I (with my brother's help) modified a lot of it some more including making a custom bracket for the carb to pull the throttle from the front instead of the rear, but she works great! smile get 100% throttle travel and kicks down good as well as activates the nitrous limit switch only at WOT.
