That two tone looks *really* nice! The choice of not following the body lines makes it fly!

It's one of the products which was developed through NASA research grants.

The trick is that the microspheres encapsulate a vacuum, which doesn't transmit heat. Think of it as zillions of small thermos bottles in overlapping layers.

To use it, you simply add it into paint like a pearl powder. They also sell a premixed version.

That's what's going on the roof of my van, but I'm going to get the sides painted black first. Just got the final metal panel yesterday! Now for the serious cutting... [Linked Image]

They also make an elastomeric coating for over top of it. With my neighbor's black walnut trees, (whose leaves stain everything a dark brown...) it's pretty much a necessity in my case.
